We are located in a very good strategic location, why are we consider good?
From my house to the train station it only take 6 min by foot. In fact from my house you can also walk to Hongdae, Sangsu, Mangwon (Mangwon market pretty famous) and also we are near to the Han River too. If you take a cab or drive, we right next to the highway.
Meanwhile We do have a lot of shop right outside our house for example, laundry shop, restaurant, cafe, bars, singing room and 24 hours convenience store.
