As a small new house (4th floor), it is safe for crime prevention due to the second and third-floor multi-story structure and CCTV installation, so you can pursue privacy and comfort, it is clean, quiet, and it takes 3 minutes on foot from Seokgye Station Exit 5, and has enough tourist and accommodation structures such as Seokgye Food and Culture Street and 3 minutes on foot from Dolgoti Market (traditional market).
Nearby popular tourist attractions (Gyeongbokgung Palace, Namdaemun Market, Namsan Tower, Dobongsan, etc.) are accessible within 30-40 minutes.
