Only rooms with [Pet Room]” in the room name are eligible for guests with dogs.
For pet rooms, up to two small dogs are allowed, each up to 7 kg. The base allowance is one dog; an additional dog is charged KRW 30,000. No more than two dogs are permitted.
Only dogs are allowed in pet rooms; other types of pets are not permitted.
Dogs without basic vaccinations are not allowed to stay.
At check-in, guests must agree to and sign a pet-related declaration at the front desk (e.g., vaccinated within the last 3 months, carry/hold the dog while inside facilities, etc.).
While using the room and hotel facilities, please follow these rules:
In public areas (parking, elevators, lobby, etc.), dogs must be transported in a cage or carried.
If a dog is found walking freely without a leash (or walking freely after being leashed), the guest will be required to leave immediately without refund.
Even for short outings, the dog must accompany the guest; leaving the dog unattended in the room may result in forced eviction (due to noise complaints).
Please wipe your dog’s paws upon returning to the room.
Dispose of feces in the toilet and place pads in hygienic bags before putting them in the trash.

[Minor Stay Policy]
Minors may stay only when accompanied by a guardian. At check-in, ID, a guardian consent form, and proof of relationship may be requested; if verification is not possible, stay may be denied.
Minors who will turn 19 within the calendar year may stay without a guardian only if they present a hotel consent form (hotel’s form), a family relation certificate, and a copy of the guardian’s ID.
Even with consent, minors’ stays prohibit cohabitation with unrelated persons and in-room alcohol consumption; violation may result in eviction.
