ISLAND RESOM offers impeccable service and all the essential amenities to travelers. Never be out of touch with your contacts, with free Wi-Fi offered throughout your stay. Little things you forgot to pack aren't a big problem! Just stop by the convenience stores to get what you need.
Each guestroom at ISLAND RESOM is furnished and equipped with handy amenities. In-room entertainment such as television, is provided for guests in select rooms. The resort also offers a refrigerator in some rooms for when you feel like it is needed. It's good to know that bathroom amenities including a hair dryer are provided in some of the guest bathrooms.

Dining and things to do
If you don't feel like going out to eat, you can always opt for the delicious dining options at the resort. A night in at the resort's karaoke rooms can be as fun as a night out with your travel companions.

[Check-in information]
- Check-in after 03:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM
- Check-in time is until 10:00 PM. If you need to check-in after 10:00 PM, you must contact the front desk in advance. If you do not contact us in advance, you may be restricted from entering the room.
- Check-out must be done within the stipulated time, and if you check-out after the stipulated time, there will be a small additional fee for exceeding the check-out time.
- Advance check-in service is available if there are remaining rooms after inquiring at the front desk before check-in. There is an additional fee.

[Things to note when staying in a room]
- No pets allowed.
- Toothbrush & toothpaste, personal hygiene products, etc. provided
- Cooking utensils and fire hazard materials are not allowed in the room.
- Personal cooking utensils and fire hazard substances (gunpowder, firecrackers, etc.) cannot be used in the guest room. (Responsibility for fire lies with the user.)
- Storage of valuables at the front desk (Users are responsible for losing their valuables)
- Damage to or loss of room equipment is prohibited (compensation must be made in case of damage or loss of room equipment during the stay).

- When using the open-air spa, you must wear a swimsuit and swimming cap.
- Refunds are not possible after admission.
- However, it is possible in cases where there are special reasons such as an urgent need to return home within 30 minutes after admission, insufficient operating facilities, or injury while using the facility.
- Some facilities within the water park are operated for a fee, and payment is made upon departure.

- Food is not allowed to be brought in. If you brought any of the following foods, please leave them in the storage facility. If stored food is not picked up on the day of use, it will be discarded the next day.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Those who are drunk are absolutely not permitted to enter.
- The elderly, pregnant women, the mentally weak, and the infirm cannot use the spa pool.
- When entering the bath, please use the designated entrance (stairs, etc.). Diving is absolutely prohibited.
- Our company is not responsible for safety accidents that occur due to customer carelessness.
- We are not responsible for the loss or theft of items not deposited in the valuables storage area.
- Always be accompanied by a guardian to ensure that children are not left alone.
- Infants and children must wear life jackets.
- Children over 5 years of age and children over 105cm in height are not allowed to share a bath in the sauna in accordance with relevant laws."
