[Check-in / Check-out Information]
- Check-in: 3 PM, Check-out: 11 AM
- Unmanned check-in is available at the underground parking lot and kiosks on the 1st and 2nd floors.
- When checking in via kiosk, a password will be sent via SMS & KakaoTalk.
- If you cannot use the kiosk, please visit the front desk on the 2nd floor.
- Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged through on-site payment at the front desk on the 2nd floor.

[Additional Charges Information]
- Early Check-in: From 1 PM (15,000 KRW per hour)
- Late Check-out: Until 1 PM (15,000 KRW per hour)

[Entry Restrictions]
- Exceeding the standard number of guests is not allowed, and violators will be evicted.

[Reservation and Usage Precautions]
- Due to the nature of real-time online reservations, confirmation may not be possible.
- If not confirmed, a reservation unavailability notice will be given, and a full refund will be provided.
- For reservation changes, please contact customer service; changes may not be possible or fees may apply according to company policy.
- If contact is not possible due to incorrect customer contact information, the reservation may be automatically canceled.
- For cancellations due to simple change of mind or customer circumstances, fees will apply according to the cancellation and refund policy.
- Entry and refunds are not possible if the maximum number of guests is exceeded.
- Pets are not allowed to enter or stay. If found, eviction will occur, and refunds will not be provided.
- Due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, room malfunction, overbooking due to simultaneous customer payments, etc.), reservations may not proceed, and the full amount paid will be refunded.
- If room rates are incorrectly registered or due to system errors, reservations will be automatically canceled, and the full amount will be refunded.
- Early check-in and late check-out are only available through on-site inquiry and may incur additional costs.
- Minors are not allowed to stay without a guardian.
- Room assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis according to check-in time, and prior designation is not possible.,

- One vehicle per room can park for free.
- Additional parking fee with prior registration: 20,000 KRW per vehicle per night.
