[예약 전 필독사항]
- 고객님의 연락처를 기재하지 않으셨거나, 잘못 기재하셔서 발생되는 모든 문제는 온다(ONDA) 및 숙소에서 책임지지 않습니다.
- 만약 예약 시 기재하지 않으셨거나, 잘못 기재하신 경우, 최대한 빠른 시간 내 고객님의 연락처 정보를 아고다 고객센터로 전달주시기 바랍니다.
- 아고다 판매 페이지에 기재되어 있지 않더라도 바베큐, 수영장, 스파, 미온수 등 숙소 내 부대시설 이용 시 추가 요금이 발생됩니다. 숙소마다 다를 수 있으므로, 부대시설 현황 및 이용 금액, 결제 방식은 반드시 체크인 전에 숙소로 직접 확인 부탁드리며 날씨 또는 숙박 시설의 상황에 따라 이용이 제한될 수 있으며, 관련 내용으로의 환불은 불가합니다.
- 모든 어린이와 유아는 연령과 관계없이 투숙 목적으로 성인과 동일한 인원수로 간주되며 최대인원을 초과한 인원은 아고다 상 예약이 완료되었더라도 입실거부처리 될 수 있습니다. (*숙소마다 다를 수 있음)
- 아고다 웹/앱 내 '숙소에 연락하기' 를 통한 연락은 불가하므로, 숙소 연락처 또는 아고다 고객센터를 통해 연락 부탁드립니다. (아고다 고객센터: +82-70-4784-4365)

★ 추가요금 : 기준인원 초괴 시 중학생부터 1인당 요금이 발생합니다.
빌라동 : 올라, 이슬라, 씨엘로 : 1인당 30,000원 (침구별도)
호텔동 : 리게로, 아르볼, 돌체 : 1인당 20,000원
※ 인원 추가요금은 리조트 객실과 시설 이용요금 이며, 침구는 별도로
20,000원 발생 합니다.
※ 객실요금은 실시간예약 달력 화면에서 확인 가능 합니다.
이용 희망 일자와 객실명에 클릭 또는 마우스를 가져가시면 금액이 노출 됩니다.
본 시설 인원추가요금 시설사용 요금으로 침구추가 시 별도 요금이 발생 합니다.
체크인은 오후 3시부터이며 체크아웃은 오전 11까지입니다.
퇴실연장을 원하시는 경우 프런트에 문의하시면 예약상황에 따른 퇴실시간의 연장 가능여부를 신속히 알려드립니다.
체크아웃 시간을 초과하였을 시에는 추가요금을 받습니다.
1) 오전 11:00 ~ 오후 01:00 : 객실요금의 50%
2) 오후 1시를 경과할 시 : 객실요금의 전액
입금은 예약 후 12시간 내에 완료해주시면 됩니다. 입금 시간이 지날 시 자동취소 되므로 반드시 시간 내에 입금해주시기 바랍니다.
(단, 당일 예약과 하루 전 예약은 예약 후 3시간 내에 결재를 완료해주시기 바랍니다)
입금이 완료되어야 예약 완료이며, 예약 시 입력하신 휴대폰 번호로 예약 완료 문자 메시지를 보내 드립니다.
현금영수증은 입실 시 요청하시는 고객에게 발행해드리며, 퇴실 후에는 국세청으로 미발행 고객 분들의 현금영수증을 일괄 발행하므로 개별 발행이 안되는 점 양해바랍니다.
미성년자는 보호자 동반 없이 예약 및 입실이 불가 합니다.
예약인원 외 추가인원은 당일 숙박하지 않는다 하더라도 출입이 불가합니다. 출입 시 당일 취소로 간주되어 환불이 불가합니다.
기준인원 초과 시 중학생이상은 객실 타입별 추가금이 발생합니다.

VIGO RESORT 에서는 애완동물의 동반 입실을 엄격히 제한하고 있습니다. 또한 하기 물품의 리조트 내 반입 시 입실이 불가하며, 예약 취소와 동일하게 처리되는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
1) 애완동물
2) 발화 또는 인화성의 위험물
3) 악취를 풍기는 물건
4) 기타 법령에 의해 휴대가 금지되어 있는 물건
유선상 예약안내는 오전 9시부터 오후 8시까지 가능합니다.
예약 완료 후 취소 시에는 예약 당일에 취소하더라도 환불규정에 따른 환불위약금이 발생할 수 있습니다.
법정공휴일 전날은 주말 요금이 적용됩니다.

-The property cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the absence or inaccuracy of your contact information.
-For check-ins after 8 PM (Korean time) on the arrival day, it is necessary to contact the property in advance to arrange the check-in time and procedure.
-Additional charges may apply for services not listed on the Agoda sales page, such as extra amenities within the property or the use of facilities.
-Each property has varying options, statuses, and charges for services, facilities, and payment methods. Therefore, please confirm directly with the property before your check-in.
,-Usage of additional services, facilities, or other options may be subject to restrictions based on weather or property conditions on the day of use. Refunds for property costs due to such limitations are not possible.
-Regardless of age, all children and infants are considered as adults concerning room occupancy. Exceeding the maximum guest limit may result in additional fees or entry denial, even for reservations made through Agoda.
-Admission could be denied based on property or room entry regulations, such as the number of guests, age, gender, or pet policies. Hence, ensure to clarify these regulations with the property beforehand.
-Special requests are subject to variability based on individual property policies and circumstances.
-Smoking is prohibited within the property premises. Guests will be held responsible for any costs, damages, or liabilities resulting from smoking.
-To ensure a smooth stay, it's recommended that you familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions stated at the time of reservation confirmation.
-For any further inquiries or information, kindly communicate directly with the property for accurate and prompt assistance.
-Note that contacting the property through the 'Contact the property' feature within the Agoda website or app is not available. Kindly reach out to the property or Agoda's customer service center for assistance.
