On the main road (Galle Road), you will find some small shops where you can buy fruits, vegetables and water. The main shopping area is in Bentota / Aluthgama (6 km / 10 min) with supermarket, pharmacies, banks, etc.

There also the entrance of the new Highway at 10 km from Aluthgama (i.e. 15 km from the house)
