Welcome to our cozy and spacious 4 bedroom holiday home near Rajagiriya, Colombo. This is a great place to relax and enjoy your stay in Sri Lanka’s capital city, whether you are here for work or fun.
Our holiday home can host up to 8 guests comfortably, with 2 super king-size beds and 2 queen size beds, all with air conditioning. You will also have 2.5 bathrooms with hot water, fully furnished living areas, a pantry with all the essentials, and a separate kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals. There is also a washing machine for your convenience and parking space for 2 vehicles.
Our holiday home is located in a quiet and residential neighborhood, close to Water’s Edge Hotel, which offers a scenic view of the Diyawanna Lake. You will also have easy access to stores, restaurants, and shopping malls in Colombo, Lanka Hospitals Sri Lanka, and Galle Face Beach. The nearest bus stop is just 100 meters away, and the nearest supermarket is 150 meters away. You will also find many fast food restaurants nearby for your order-in needs. If you plan to take a taxi or drive to Colombo, the city of Colombo is just 12 minutes away when there's no traffic.
Our holiday home is ideal for families visiting Sri Lanka for vacations or events. You can also use it as a base to explore the rest of the island, as we have many tourist attractions within driving distance.
If you have a driver or a maid, we can arrange a driver/maid's room on request with an attached washroom, free of charge.
We offer our holiday home on a daily or weekly basis, with a minimum booking period of 3 days. The price includes electricity, water, gas, and linen. We also offer discounted rates for longer bookings, so please contact us for weekly or monthly prices.

The whole house is available, including the ground floor, 1st floor, and the main garage for guests.
The hosts will be available full time through agoda messages or via phone. The emergency contact numbers will be shared with the guests upon arrival.
