Upon successful booking through agoda it is important that the guest contacts the hotel prior to their travel through email or call.As the hotel is in an Island,it is accessible only through the following way.

1)A ferry ride For Non-4wheel Guests- across the Lagoon (Appox 500 meters) & then a 4wheel or a unique tractor ride to the resort within the Dutch bay island & return back to the ferry point on departure. - Timing: Ferry services Ends at 6:00pm (1800hrs).

2)If any guests arrives after the last ferry service, they will be transported through a 4 wheel or a unique tractor ride through the sand bar connecting Dutch bay Island to the mainland. - Timing: Any time available. & for those guests with 4wheel vehicles can drive driectly to the resort through the sand bar ( resort fee is waived off).

3)Airport pickups can be arranged, where the guests will be transferred to the resort from the Airport by Air Conditioned 4WD vehicle for an additional charge.
