The whole place built to enjoy the freedom of nature. It's the perfect place to get away from the crowd and enjoy silence.
Calm Villa offers accommodation with a kitchen. The property features garden views and is 1.5 km from Mirissa Beach and 2.9 km from Weligamba.
Walking distance to the Coconut Tree Hill and the beach. Restaurants, supermarkets, groceries are within walking distance or a 5 min drive from the house.
Property is surrounded by many trees, mostly, Cinnamon. It's going to be a pleasure to your eyes too! Air Conditioned, Spacious room with a double bed, and shelves to store your things.
We are available to contact around the clock within the stay.
It's only a couple of minutes' walk to the main Matara-Colombo road from the property. Highway entrances are 20mins away from the house. Buses are available throughout the day to go almost anywhere. It will be easier to travel from a Scooter if you have an international driving license. We can arrange the scooter before arriving.
