A charming private villa, from 1930's, colonial style, in a beautiful big garden. 1.2 miles from touristic Mirissa, our villa is situated opposite Gambhara Boddia, a widely known small temple. Our house can accommodate up to 7 guests.
Main house: Master bedroom with big bathroom, study with bed and extra bed in living, sleeps 4
Separate Cabana with own verandah sleeps 1, has open bathroom
Third guest-room, sleeps 2 in King Size bed with open bathroom.
Ideal for families/ group of friends
Besides our main house we have an extra guesthouse with open bathroom and small verandah in the corner of our garden. Plus a third guest/ bathroom next to the kitchen verandah, which has its own verandah too
Our staff may provide you with a tuk tuk within 5 minutes. The bus stop is on a beautiful few minutes walk. We have our own parking inside the gate. Please let us know a day or so in advance when you need a car or taxi-van.

Singha Paya villa with beautiful garden is situated in between two temples.
A big one on the main road and a small beautiful one in our street, which is called Gambhara Boddhia. The beautiful beach/ fisherman's bay is on a 7 minute walk. Mirissa beach is 5 minutes by three wheel or two bus stops away.
You can reach the main road, with its many buses to Weligama, Galle and Matara through the path behind Singha Paya, which leads you to the temple and subsequently the main road, just take off your slippers when you are on temple premises. Or have our staff call you a tuk tuk/ threewheel which normally arrives in 5 minutes. Please let us know a bit longer in advance if you need a car or taxi-van. You can park your own car within the premises
