The hotel is bordering for the most famous Udawalawa National Park, the Elephant Orphanage, Yala National Park, Kataragama and Mahinda Rajapaksha International Cricket Stadium. Udawalawa national park is more famous for wild elephants, rare birds, crocodiles, and deer and occasionally the king of the jungle the leopard can be witnessed.

Vimanara Hotel is surrounded by beautiful paddy fields which connects to a lake beside the hotel. The garden of the hotel is been blessed with a huge well known Sri Lankan unique tree called Kumbuk tree and the garden is well been maintained. The hotel consists with three double rooms and one suite (Family). All the rooms are partially lake facing.
