My property is situated near the Unawatuna beach front. Every facilities have around this area. No any troubles or noises. The location is very beautiful! A lot of greenery, flowers, a variety of flora and fauna is amazing! Good location, the walls of neighboring houses do not press. The beach is nearby, literally across the road and the house. His bathroom is a knot with a shower, running but a heater. Availability of hot water is an important point, which I now pay attention to when choosing accommodation in Sri Lanka) The family is very friendly, unobtrusive, ready to answer any questions. As for cleaning and changing towels in Sri Lanka, it is not disrespect and laziness, but the desire not to disturb your space. On request, everything will be done. As for insects, it should also be understood that it is Asia... just do not create conditions for them. - More like a remark for those who have difficulties climbing stairs. The house is located on an elevated position. But compared to other proposals I realized that it is better to be in such a place, and to climb a couple of times stairs is not a problem.
