All bedrooms are air-conditioned, with additional ceiling fans, and en-suite bathrooms equipped with hot water. Quality bed linen and towels for both the bathroom and pool are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, cooker, refrigerator, microwave, and all necessary cooking appliances, utensils, crockery, and cutlery. For your convenience, there is a washing machine on site for personal laundry, and a sunny lawn area with clothes racks. The living, dining, kitchen, and veranda areas are ventilated with fans. The house owner will greet you upon arrival, orient you to the house and its facilities, and provide assistance throughout your stay, including daily housekeeping and cleaning services. Moss Villa is easily accessible, just 15 minutes from the Southern Expressway (Imaduwa Exit) and 2 hours from Colombo International Airport. Public transport options (buses and trains) are within walking distance. Guest access The villa offers easy access to local beaches and the town, with Kabalana Beach just a 5-minute scooter ride away, perfect for beach activities and surfing. You will have exclusive access to the entire house, gardens, and pool. Other things to note Moss Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. Baby chairs are available upon request, and a BBQ machine can also be provided if desired. There is a workstation available for guests' use. The beds and mattresses are very comfortable, and the quality of the linen is excellent.
