This property is my ancestral home constructed before the World War 2.
It is also has a private fresh water pool.
Sitting on a 4 acre land a 3 bed roomed home, with wonderful green garden with plenty of parking facility. Eco friendly atmosphere and the house is powered by solar pv and Solar hot water is provided all showers in toilets and to the pantry.
Driver’s bed space available at an outhouse closer to the premises on prior request and charged separately at a nominal rate.

The place is equipped with all cooking facilities like microwave oven, gas hob, Fridge, kitchen utensils and also a washing machine. All bed rooms are air-conditioned.
Grand old house with modern amenities. Hot water available on all indoor showers.

Whole house and the lovely garden is accessible to guests and the swimming pool is filled cool well water facing the coconut plantation.

Guest also can relax on swing chair and sit around in the open garden near the pool side where you may request for a BBQ cooking range if you wish to have outdoor BBQ meal.
