房源為紅磚老平房,在保有老屋的歷史元素前提下,以最低限度的工法整建而成。房源為雅房,沐浴需至公共衛浴,共有三間不會不夠用。
鄰近頭份交流道五分鐘,客運站步行五分鐘,鄰近商圈,歡迎出差旅遊的朋朋一起來玩！
1.公共空間附有微波爐、冷熱飲水機、小冰箱。
2.附有停車場,如有停車需求請先告知,如車格停滿可至旁邊路邊停車格。
3.長住者有洗衣需求可詢問房東。
