Ancient Capital 101, a house of 60 years old, old flowers, grinding stones, quietly preserving the beauty of the old capital. We have three bedrooms, one hall, one bathroom and a kitchen. 3. Only one group of travelers per day.You will not be staying in a single house with an unknown traveler.
4. The living room provides speakers and CDs for listening.Books (including children's books) are also available for reading.
5. All three rooms are at the first floor.
6. Induction cooker in the kitchen.Rice cooker. Refrigerator. Pots and pans such as a quick boiler for light cooking.
Inside the house is a 100m WiFi.The living room TV show is Chunghwa Telecom mod.
8. There is a small deck (small loft) up the stairs next to the living room to play chess.Play cards. Sit quietly and wait.
There is also an amplifier speaker.You can pick up your phone and listen to music.
9. Company Employee Trip.You can report for business business (free the receipt for the unified invoice.Applying to the IRS for approval)
10. The second floor terrace has a washer and outdoor drying area.You can use it if you need it.
11. Cancellation of Reservation Cancellation Rules.Agree to book again.
If the reservation is canceled 14 days before the scheduled stay, the reservation has been refunded 100% of the reservation.
Cancel up to ten to 13 days before check-in and get a 70% refund of the deposit.
Cancel up to 7-9 days before your reservation and get a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancel up to 4-6 days before your reservation and get a 40% refund of the deposit.
Cancel up to 2-3 days before your scheduled stay and get a refund of 30% of the deposit.
Cancel up to 1 day before your reservation and get a 20% refund of the deposit.
The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made on the day of the scheduled stay.

2..Quick kettle. Coffee maker.Appliances such as electric pots and cups, bowls, chopsticks, etc. can be used.
3. Washer and outdoor dressing area are available on the 2nd floor terrace.You can use it if you need it.

1. The living room, kitchen, front yard, and outdoor patio on the second floor.
2. The induction stove, coffee machine, rice cooker, electronic appliances, and
the dining sets in the kitchen.
Other things to note
1. Considering guest's privacy.No change of linen and duvet covers.
2. The garbage that lasts is packed by yourself and placed on the floor of the entrance.The host will take out the trash from the entrance.Renewal period
Hosts don't get garbage in the house (for the privacy of travelers).
3. The only surveillance device of the homestay is set at the entrance and exit entrance (for security reasons).
