1. 距離大眾交通走路不到3分鐘

2. 位於台南市中心，文創精華區的正興街、國華街，出門即是旅程的開始

3. 本棟老宅為獨棟三層樓建物，為60年以上的老式建築物,我們一天僅接待一組旅客，最多以4人為限。

4.一樓前側為吧檯區為共用的對外開放空間，牆後為內側洗手間(僅供房客使用),提供座椅、冰箱、茶包、瓶裝水、熱水壺、旅遊資訊,內部皆有無線網路(free wifi)。

5.二樓為可放置1-2張雙人床的空間,入住4人(含)時二樓準備的為兩張雙人床，皆無法拆成單人床請留意。

6.三樓為客廳區與浴室，提供電視與吹風機與大浴巾，可供休憩聊天之使用空間。

7.老宅樓層間無特意另做隔間,也就是上下樓時皆會看到您一同入住的夥伴。

8.老宅內皆附有盥洗用具(一人一條大毛巾、牙刷牙膏、洗髮乳與沐浴乳),如另有習慣性用品,請自行攜帶。

9.因老宅鄰近各式台南在地美食與海安路公有地下停車場(可停於35號柱子附近,走上來即是正興街),故無另附早餐與私人停車位。
