This room has two single beds. Can be combined into a large King size bed if needed(please let us know in advance). 3rd person can add a luxurious sofa bed.

Newly renovated hotel style non-smoking individual rooms (inside a private house) with elevator/lift access and all living essentials such as toothbrush, shampoo, towels and slippers so you don’t need to bring anything. Locate right at the heart of Taipei downtown: Eastern District. Many places to shop and eat nearby. Please be careful as many other hosts' rooms do not have elevator/lift access like ours, if you rent from them you will have to climb many floors of stairs with your luggage!

Best location. 30 seconds walk to Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT metro subway station exit. Zhongxiao Fuxing is a convenient interchange station - where the Blue (Bannan) line and Brown (Wenhu) line intersects so you have quick access to both lines. We are also close to airport bus, sightseeing tour bus, Jiou Fen bus, Yehliu bus stations, and 24 hour large grocery supermarket.

The SOGO Zhongxiao department store next to us has money exchange service and also Foreign Passenger VAT Tax refund service desk so you don't need to wait in long line at airport to do tax refund :)

We have 8 cozy hotel style private non-smoking rooms (each with full private(en suite) bath/shower inside the room). All rooms are at the same floor so you and your family/friends can stay together.

Landlord does not live with tenants. You will get your own room and key without any disturbance during your stay. We live nearby and can provide help in a timely manner.

Our rooms are at high floor with elevator access. Away from street noise and air pollution.
Our apartment building is very easy to find, and locates at a safe, bright location.
Apartment has on-site security guard, and 24 hour surveillance camera to ensure your safety.
Every room has large windows with privacy shades which provide great natural light and ventilation.

We do not provide cloth washer but there are laundry stores and coin laundry machines nearby.
We can provide universal travel power adapter for free upon request
No breakfast provided but there are many Taiwanese style and American style breakfast place around.
We clean every room with natural organic, non-toxic cleaners.
For your safely we use fireproof cement walls throughout that meets the highest safely standard (Please be aware many places in Taipei use low cost dangerous wood walls).
We use electric water heater instead of gas, so we are completely free from harmful carbon monoxide.
We pass all routine city inspections on fire, elevator, earthquake, and carbon monoxide(CO2) safety.

We have no curfew here. You can enter/exit the apartment at any time as you wish :)

Our apartment building is very easy to find, and locates at a safe, bright location.

Next to Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT/metro/subway station, bus stations (including airport bus, Jiou Fen, Yehliu bus, and hop-on hop-off double decker sightseeing tour bus), and uBike(YouBike) city bike rental. Easy access to anywhere in Taipei. We are only 3 MRT stations away from Taipei Main Statoin (Railroad) and Songsang Airport.

MRT/Train/Subway:
30 seconds walk to Zhongxiao Fuxing metro/subway MRT station exit 14, 1 minute walk to exit 4 (in front of SOGO Zhongxiao department store)。3 minutes walk to Zhongxiao Dunhua station exit 8。Zhongxiao Fuxing is a convenient interchange station - where the Blue (Bannan) line and Brown (Wenhu) line intersects so you have quick access to both lines.

30 seconds walk to an uBike rental station. Explore Taipei with uBike! You can rent and return at any of the many rental stations throughout Taipei.

Direct public transportation to and from the airports and Taipei Railroad Train Station:
We are only 3 MRT stations away from Songshan Airport and Taipei Main Station(High Speed Railroad)

1) Take Evergreen airport bus(長榮巴士 5201 Taipei Express 6am~12:30am) to "Zhongxiao Fuxing 忠孝復興" then walk about 4~5 minutes to our place. Bus fare is around $125 TWD full price or $62 TWD half fare for disabled and 6~12 year old kids (under 6 free). The travel time is about 30~40 minutes. Going back to the airport is the same bus from Zhongxiao Fuxing(You can pay on the bus, 5am~11pm). 2) Take Airport MRT(metro) to Taipei main station, then transfer to blue line then arrive at Zhongxiao Fuxing 忠孝復興 station. Fare costs $180 TWD. 3) You can also take taxi directly to and from our apartment. There are 24 hour taxis available at the airport, we also provide free taxi calling service at our apartment.

2. Coming from Taipei Songshan Airport(TSA): Take "Songshan MRT Station" directly to "Zhongxiao Fuxing 忠孝復興" station. (3 stations away, about 10 minutes, fare is about $15 TWD). Back to the airport is the same straight from Zhongxiao Fuxing station. You can also take taxi directly to and from our apartment. There are 24 hour taxis available at the airport, we also provide free taxi calling service at our apartment.

3. Coming from Taipei Main Station(High Speed Railroad): Take MRT Bannan Line (blue line) directly to "Zhongxiao Fuxing 忠孝復興" station. (3 stations away, about 5 minutes, fare is about $15 TWD). Back to Taipei Main Station is the same straight from Zhongxiao Fuxing station. If you prefer taxi there are 24 hour taxis available at Taipei Main Station, we also provide free taxi calling service at our apartment.

There are also many public parking nearby.
