This is a serene apartment located in the bustling city center. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area, perfect for co-living and gatherings. ?
? The apartment is just a three-minute walk from Exit 7 of Zhongxiao Dunhua Station. It’s in one of the liveliest areas in Taipei, surrounded by a variety of eateries, clothing and accessory stores, street vendors, and department stores. There's always something exciting to discover, day and night! ?
The apartment is on the second floor and has ⭕️ an elevator for easy access.
It has three bedrooms, with two rooms featuring double beds (155x210cm) and one room with a double bed (155x180cm), accommodating people of various heights comfortably.
There are two bathrooms, equipped with ⭕️ towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hairdryer. Please note that ❌ disposable items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors are not provided.
Both the bedrooms and the living room have ⭕️air conditioning. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, and oven for guests to use.
There is also a ⭕️ washer-dryer combo, perfect for quickly drying clothes in the summer or ensuring they dry in the winter.
The entire apartment is available for your use, and I hope you feel as comfortable as you would at home. However, please be mindful not to ⛔️ make loud noises, as this is a very quiet residential area, and it’s important to keep the noise level down to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
The apartment is equipped with various items to make your stay in Taiwan more convenient. Please do not ⛔️ take these items with you, so future guests can also benefit from them (e.g., charging cables, chargers, etc.).

⚠️ Please remove your shoes or wear indoor slippers when entering the apartment.
⚠️ To maintain the quality of the living environment, avoid loud conversations and keep the volume of the TV and other devices low when entering or exiting.
⚠️ If you have children, please do not let them run inside the apartment to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
⚠️ Smoking and chewing betel nuts are strictly prohibited indoors.
⚠️ Please keep the apartment in good condition. Any lost or damaged items will need to be compensated for at their original price.
⚠️ For reservations with more than 4 guests, at least half of the group must be present at check-in.
⚠️ Parties and loud activities are prohibited, as this is a residential area and can disrupt the neighbors. If there are any complaints, the neighbors may call the police.
⚠️ Overnight visitors are not allowed (a fee of NTD 1000/person will be charged if this occurs).
⚠️ Gambling, bringing in or using drugs, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Any violations will be dealt with according to the law.
