位在全台最美之稱的中壢馬祖新村文創園區內，也是北台灣唯一的眷村特色民宿，古意盎然的建築、偌大的院子與獨立進出的紅前門，民宿後門可連通近3公頃的歷史文化園區。民宿有2人房二間、4人房一間、客廳、廚房、前後院近80坪等，，它座落在中壢馬祖新村園區內，因它的文化歷史背景，古色古香的歷史建築與豐富的植物與老樹是很大的特色，村內有桃園光影電影館設有容納70人的放映廳，每週有5天可看免費又好看的電影，園區內有將軍故事館、眷村書房、木作、陶藝、花藝、咖啡、茶品、冰棒、啤酒、簡餐、親子餐廳等數十家商店，不定期有馬村文創市集還有各種藝文展覽，民宿地理位置在桃園市的蛋黃中心區，往北有青埔高鐵、Xpark水族館、華泰名品城、國際棒球場；西邊有永安漁港、新屋綠色隧道；東邊有八德興仁觀光夜市；南邊有大溪老街、慈湖、角板山、龍潭、石門水庫等。同一區也有中壢觀光夜市、龍岡米干美食等，前往各景點距離均約5-30分鐘可抵達，馬村隱園是您在桃園旅遊住宿極佳的選擇!
