房子擁有7間4人大套房，內有2張雙人床及乾濕分離的浴室。基本可睡28人，加床可睡34人，加上嬰兒床則共可睡36個人。有6間房間位於一樓，符合無障礙空間要求。第7間房則位於2樓，有獨立小客廳、書房及陽台。每間房間都配置有綫電視、大金冷暖空調及藍牙音響，浴室裝有儲熱式電熱水器，以及顯示水溫的恆溫淋浴蓮蓬頭。
公共空間包含120寸投影布幕、4支麥克風及專業的混音設備，有2023歌曲外，還支持雲端下載；電動麻將桌搭配羊毛絨桌布，靜音且觸感極佳。此外還有酒吧型飛鏢機、Switch及桌遊等娛樂。
戶外烤肉區有頂棚及戶外大餐桌、8張椅子及藍芽喇叭、烤肉爐、窯烤爐、洗手盆。庭園區則有泡茶桌、網紅月亮燈及心型池。
這邊沒有提供早餐及明火，不過有準備2台IH爐、微波爐、4口烤麵包機、小烤箱、蒸烤爐、奶瓶消毒鍋、鍋具、餐盤、筷子、刀叉等可供使用。使用外送平台訂餐，至少有350間的餐飲商家可供選擇，也有外送宵夜的店家。
我們提供的嬰兒用品包含嬰兒床、嬰兒澡盆及凳子、兒童馬桶坐墊、嬰幼兒椅各2套，以及6套嬰幼兒餐具。
舉辦慶生及求婚的房客可以免費使用我們提供的字燈與蠟燭燈進行佈置。
假日最少包棟人數為15人。
Our villa is an ideal place for families/friends who wants to experience the country life of Taiwan. Also, they would like to stay at a place like their own house.
Located near the Yilan and Ludong counties. We only serve one group for each day and we'll not be in the house. The villa has spacious public space which features 120" screen for KTV, the electric MaJiang table, professional electric darts machine, Switch and board games. we also have an outdoor area for BBQ.
The villa is within 15 minutes' drive to Yilan and Luodong downtown, within 1 km of the nearest convenient stores.
