We are 2 houses within the same fence.
The one open for you to stay will be the first front house. The other house will be my family's residence. They will have a parking space and another entrance and exit for them.
This house for rent only upstair 2 bedroom with bathroom inside bedroom will have a view of the Pink Line, which is one of Bangkok's important electric train lines. You can take the Skytrain to travel to various places in Bangkok close to home. And you can also see the view of the skytrain. From this house as well especially when there were electric train lights passing by, it was very beautiful.
?The point where you can see the view is the point below where you can see both the living room and the dining table. Room 1 and Room 2 can see the view of the BTS from the rooms, especially Room 1 which is in front. Room and balcony, which will be the only room with a balcony.
At the house where you stay, you can park 1 car inside the house and another 1 car in front of the house. You don't have to worry about the safety of the car parked outside the house because we have CCTV cameras outside.

We have an area on the side of the house with an outside table and seating area where you can relax or do family activities.
