My converted townhouse is perfect for those who want to experience a home away from home. It is an answer to the question of " what is it like to live in downtown Bangkok?". The house and local neighbourhood of Ekkamai are ideal for working-travelling nomads, and it also has plenty to entertain families with children. The apartment is less than a minute's walk to Ekkamai Skytrain station, yet it is tucked away in a friendly and quiet local alley just off the vibrant Sukhumvit road.

My place is a renovated townhouse that has 1 apartment of 45 Sqm on each floor. The apartment is on the third floor, room 3. Each apartment has a double bed, 1 sofa bed and its own front and rear balcony. It is perfect for 3 persons. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette with a kettle, toaster and microwave for your daily continental breakfast or homey takeaways. A medium-size fridge and a washing machine are at your own use.

My aim is to deliver a within the budget-cost apartment for long stay guests. This apartment will serve perfectly as a home base for those who will make a few travelling trips within Thailand or outside the country. The price shown on Agoda is only inclusive of the room rates, water, electricity and high-speed internet. This would give you a chance to customize your own stay. You can add on optional extras, such as additional cleaning during the stay, daily access to the pool and gym nearby where I can recommend. Upon arrival, the apartment will be cleaned once for your stay and the welcome pack of selections of tea and coffee drip, snacks and beverages is complimentary for you.
