My apartment is located on main Sukhumvit Rd., 50 meters distance from BTS Bangna (E13) Station, just take off at exit 3 of BTS and walk straight just 1-2 mins, the high building is on your left. New and private property with city and pool view. Appliances available in the property are TV, Refrigerator, Water heater, Microwave.There's also high-speed internet Wi-Fi in the room. The property has the following facilities: swimming pool, fitness, library, sky lounge, sky garden, 24-hour security guard, CCTV, key card access and car park. There is free Wi-Fi at the common area in the 1st floor and 5th floor of the building. Pocket Wi-Fi is for rent. You can ask me for more details. From my place, you can easily and quickly go to anywhere in the city. It takes around 10-20 mins by BTS skytrain to get to many shopping centers such as The Emporium, The Equatier, Terminal 21, Central World, Siam Paragon, Siam Square, MBK Center or even Chatuchak Market. For 1 month stay and over, maid service is provided twice per month free of charge. Amenities in the room: hair dryer, hangers, towels and shampoo and shower cream Facilities in the building: 1st floor: lobby, co-working space, meeting room and study room (free wifi is available) 5th floor: swimming pool, fitness room and relax room (free wifi is available) 5th floor: washing machine public used and clothes dryer for service (with extra charge) 30th floor: rooftop sky lounge, sky garden and view point This apartment is not a hotel. Please contact me directly at any time for any helps via Line App, or mobile phone. Please do not access to the office's staffs at the place as they are not concerned. Check-in time is 2:00 PM to 08:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM. As I'm not at the place regularly, please confirm the exact time that you would like to check-in at least 1 day prior to your arrival.

A cash security deposit of THB 1,000 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
Guests are required to provide an estimated check-in time to the property at least 1 day prior to arrival.
Housekeeping is provided 2 times when booking for 30 or more nights.
The property is independently operated by an individual owner and does not have a proper reception area. Guests must attend an organized meet-and-greet session to receive keys and further contact details regarding the property.
