My house is located is realy great area, it's 15min to airport & center of Chiang mai by taxi.

You can walk to popular restaurants and convenience store! A variety of food stalls as well as small restaurants and sweet shops can be found around there.
After enjoying authentic dishes, make your way to the nearby trendy Nimmanhaemin Road and enjoy a cool drink in one of the many stylish bars. It's easy to go to Chiang mai Zoo, so It's good for family too.

My house has good view & great rooms. It has a lot of modern Thai style interiors and it's very fashionable & cozy room. It's very huge house, so it's very good for big group & family.
You can enjoy BBQ, alcohol and smoke etc at rooftop. There is all you need to cook in my kitchen, you can try to cook Thai foods^^ The kitchen have a lot of kitchen goods you need to cook and seasoning.
Each Bedrooms have king size bed, queen size bed & single size bed. Other room has 2 funtons and extra bed.
You can use all rooms and 1 parking by only you.

This district is very safe & quiet, so you can take a long and good sleep^^
