The room is a newly renovated studio condo with careful attention to detail. Modern white marble flooring is complemented with repurposed wood accents throughout. If a bright room is what you need we have you covered with a newly installed modern recessed lighting system that includes LEDs outlining the kitchen counter - it's so cool at night!

The King size bed suits two people and is as comfy as sleeping on a cloud. Turn over in the morning to a beautiful sunrise peeking through your balcony window. The room faces east so it's not hot like rooms facing the west with the afternoon heat.

The apartment is on the 9th floor so enjoy that view! It is one of the tallest buildings in the neighborhood and walking distance to Nimman. It features a well-equipped kitchen (with a rice cooker, a stovetop, dishware, cutlery, a large fridge, a tea set, and microwave), a cozy sitting area with a leather couch, a balcony with VIEWS, and a renovated bathroom with added space.

Have work to do? Brian runs his own business from home so we get the need for FAST High-Speed Wifi, (70/30 Mb). Dedicated wifi for the single room and not shared with neighbors. We have a flat-screen mounted on the wall with FREE Netflix and access to your AMZ Prime account as well.

The apartment is on the 9th floor with a few elevators for access. You will receive a keycard for keyless access to the building and a key for our door. The building has a water refill station, a cafe, laundry service, a small gym, and ...
