Very attractive pink house near Suthep Rd. Situated in a quiet area, within walking distance to the Chiang Mai University, shops and many small restaurants. The house has three separate bedrooms, all with air condition, a lounge, a large dining room, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet and a small garden area as well as parking space for a car, motorbike(s) and bicycles. The friendly house is fully equipped with furniture and a washing machine.

The house is the ideal base to explore Chiang Mai by bicycle and to visit it's beautiful temples, it's trendy coffee shops and to discover Thai cuisine in the many local restaurants.

Both short and longer term tenancy are possible.
