There is a common area such as living room, dining room and laundry room. You also can find me at the 2nd floor at my studio to get any help! Convenience, easy access, and is surrounded by numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Just a 3-minute walk (850 meters) from Nimmanhaemin. The space Bedroom with 2 twin beds and the bathroom in 2nd floor. Guest access You can use all the space in the house such as living room, kitchen and laundry room in the first floor except the room in the second floor which is host's studio office. During your stay you can reach me in the second floor at 09.00 am - 18.00 pm. I will be there mostly everyday to work in the studio and give you an advice or suggestion. Other things to note The building has 3 stories. - 1st floor is common area such as living room, dining table, mini kitchen and laundry room. - 2nd floor is a vintage zone to shopping and is my personal color studio too. There will be some customer in the house but don't be worry because all the customer will be taken care by me since they arrive the front door. - 3rd floor is bedroom zone.
