At the ground floor there is the Kitchen and Main Bathroom (with toilet and shower). Just few stairs above the ground, there is the Living room and three Bedrooms. Two of them have a cozy King Bed + En-suite Bathroom. One Bedroom has also a private spacious Balcony with Seating area, nice view and refreshing breeze. The third Bedroom has Twin bed (optional for kids), and its guests can use the main Bathroom of the house. Each bedroom has its own Air-conditioner. We accept up to 6 Adults total. Children until the age of 12 can stay on existing beds free of charge. The Living Room is uniquely designed including ornaments and plants, combined with has a cozy sofa and Flat screen TV with English channels and movies ("True Visions"), lets you enjoy your spare time between your tours in Chiang Mai and chill out with a selection of movies. (*) Included: Airport pick-up (1 way), Home manager, A/C in each bedroom, Fully equipped kitchen, Broadband WiFi, Housekeeping service with linen change. Baby crib/high chair - per request. (*) Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.
