TKbuilding is a 3 floors building which located in the center of Hatyai (3 minutes walk to Lee garden night market, train station , 5 minutes to Kimyong market)
One floor has only one bedroom (we have no lift )
Studio room is on ground floor (1 of queen size bed)
Family room is on 2nd floor (2 queen size beds)
Family suite room is on 3 rd floor (2 queen size beds , small kitchen and a dressing room )
Each room can add extra bed for 1 more people with 600 Baht/night/1pax (total can stay 13 people)
All bedrooms has bathroom and toilet inside (family suite room has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets)
We provide everything like you stay at your home . There is smart TV with free wifi for Youtube or Netflix ,refrigerator, microwave , plates, bowls ,kettle ,coffee etc also iron and iron table and table and chairs for dining in every room
Private parking is behind the building and free of charge. Just inform us if you need it
We use smart door and set one by one passcode for each guest for safety
If you need privacy accommodation for your big family or big group of friends TKbuilding will be an amazing place for your vacation in Hatyai
