The villa also has a 24 hours caretaker and has maid cleaning service Monday to Saturday 1pm to 5pm included. The rental price includes electricity for 400 baht pr. night. Usage over this amount will be charged at 6 baht pr. unit extra. Electric meter will be read at check in and check out. In average, a group for this size villa uses about 400 baht per night depending mostly on Aircondition usage.
