This private pool villa is only 10 min from Hua Hin town centre. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a open plan living, dinning and fully equipped kitchen.

There is a nice large swimming pool and a sunbed deck next to the pool. Also has a great outdoor bar area to enjoy the lazy sunny days or a nice drink after a good meal by the BBQ.

This villa is best for a family vacation as the villa is in a residential development with strict rules about noise. The villa is not a Party house and there is to be no noise outside from 10pm to 8am.

The rental price includes electricity for 300 baht pr. night. Usage over this amount will be charged at 6 baht pr. unit extra.
Electric meter will be read at check in and check out. In average, a group for this size villa uses about 300 baht per night depending mostly on Aircondition usage.

Maid cleaning service Tuesday to Saturday 1pm to 5pm is included. Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge. Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours.
