Marvest is brand new condominium 2020 and is located in the most convenient location, at heart of Huahin mostly close to well known spots and beach. The apartment is modern coastal style and is designed to reflect the unique as of seaside district which is one of the most resort city. The facility is surrounded by nature, whether the large swimming pool, green park and the freshness of waterfall curtain that will create you relaxation in every steps. The most convenient location in Huahin. Every place is within walking distance, either restaurants, bars, super market, hospital, shopping mall, Huahin night market and Beach. The apartment is brand new with 42 sq.m2, separated between bed rooms and kitchen. We have balcony with table and 2chairs with city view. The room is located in east direction with Huahin view, and you can walk to the beach within 5 mins. Apartment is located in main road but yet very safe with Security Guard 24 hrs and private entry with only access key card can enter the building, fitness, elevator and the apartment. Free WIFI in community area ( fitness, guest lounge, swimming pool and base floor)and high speed WIFI is also available in room. TV is Samsung smart 4K TV 50’’ which is connected wirelessly to network. I use high quality of linen bed and duvet 600 threading equivalent to 5stars hotel. Spare bedsheet, pillow sheet and duvet cover is available for monthly stay with free of charge. Kitchen is fully equipped, microwave, electric stove, kettle, toaster and all kitchenware( 2 pots, 2 pans). There is no washing machine in apartment at a moment because we are very new but the washing stores are nearby (1 shop across the road, and 2 shops are within 100 m). You have free access to Gym and swimming Pool, with Jacuzzi and Kids pool. I’m super fast response and I will response you ASAP.
