Cozy brand new house eases the days in a slow life city of Hua Hin.
Space is 144 sqm. House area with garden is 200 sqm.
Two floor with 3 bedrooms with 6 real beds, and 2.5 bathrooms.
Master BR has king size bed.
Two queen size beds are in the other rooms.

Living room: sofa, high definition-TV (with HDMI port), bluray-DVD player.
All rooms have air conditioners and iron mesh (net).
High speed unlimited free WiFi.
No TV in the bedrooms.
Club house that we can use gym and indoor swimming pool. Outdoor pool, on the beachfront, is available too. It is smaller than the posted photos. (the large pool is outside my house zone, we cannot use it)

3-minute walk to the private beach and outdoor pool (of the gated community). 1 minute-walk to club house and small indoor pool for kids.
