Maid service included 5 times pr. week half day.
Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge. Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours. Personal check in and check out.

The rental price includes electricity for 400 baht pr. night. Usage over will be charged at 6 baht pr. unit extra.
Please note this is not a party house, no noise outside from 10pm - 8am.
Electric meter will be read at check in and check out. In average, a group for this size villa uses about 400 baht per night depending mostly on Aircondition usage.
