* A 129 Square meter villa with a nice big saltwater pool located in the black mountain, close to black mountain golf course, and the Black mountain waterpark.

* The villa has 3 bedrooms, with nice and comfortable double beds. All bedrooms have direct entrances from outside.

* The villa has 2 bathrooms. .

* The living room has a sofa which can be turned into a bed for 2.
A new 65 inch Samsung smart TV with a bluetooth sound bar
The WIFI in the house is fast and reliable.

* The kitchen is a fully equipped European kitchen, and has a dining area for 6, a dishwasher, rice cooker, toaster, refrigerator, coffee machine, oven, stove and everything you need to let your cooking skills shine:)

* Outside there's a nice seating area with 3 chairs and a 3 seater, this seating area has a fan in the roof days, controlled by a remote control.

* The pool area has a outdoor shower, and sunbeds for 3.
The big saltwater pool is cleaned and checked 2 times a week, and the garden is also looked after to make sure everything is perfect at all times.

* The area where the villa is located has a 24/7 guarded security, and 100 meters away from the villa there is a nice restaurant with nice western and Thai food.
The restaurant have a fantastic barbecue with live music every Friday evening.

* The villa is located about 5 km from the city center and the beach, a taxi or tuk tuk will take you there for 200 THB.

* When you arrive you will be met by our nice contact, who will show you to the villa, and hand you the keys.
