The condo is located in a peaceful corner of huahin, called Khao Takiab, yet very convenient, you’ll find everything you need within 5 min walking distance. There is a big swimming pool and a small pool for your little one. Fitness is free for you to use. The beautiful common living room on the ground floor is for you to welcome your guess. WiFi is ONLY available at common area, like living room, pool and fitness, I t’s free of charge. You can get the password at the juristic office, located downstairs of the fitness. Parking is available on the premises also free of charge. The security guards are 24hr at the gate to ensure the safety of the residences. So please don’t get annoyed when they ask you to exchange your ID card with visitor card. Because it is private property, not every one is allowed to enter. Cleaning service is available for 500 baht each time. When you order cleaning service, you’ll also get fresh linens and clean towels.
