Villa is located in a luxury development. The villa is on the 2nd row of villas only steps from the beach, has great views from the terrace and front deck. You’ll love my place because of the natural beauty, ambiance, and privacy. Great for families, and there are plenty of activities to do in the development.

Clean and private, terrace upstairs is great for relaxing and has
nice view. The villa is located within steps from the beach. Villa has three bedrooms each with its own separate secured entrance. Villa has a kitchen, the main living area has cable smart tv with a separate dvd/cd unit , all rooms are air-conditioned, use of the washing machine. Includes access to all facilities in the development including club house, both swimming pools, includes facilities at Marina, kayak rentals, nine hole golf course(golf club rentals and fee not included).

Villa is located in the prestigious Siam Royal View development in Klong Song Bay. There are two restaurants in this development, the clubhouse which is located a few steps from our villa and the Marina bar, both serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner including Thai and Western cuisines.

The master bedroom is located downstairs next to the living room, both guest bedrooms have its own secure access and are not connected to the main living area. One guest bedroom is located on side of the villa, another guest bedroom located upstairs, it is important for those with small kids and those that are physically impaired to take this into consideration before renting this villa. The entire living area including the living room and each of the bedrooms have their own air conditioning units. The washing machine is located in the main room for your use.

Villa is landscaped to assure privacy, located in the Laguna area of Siam Royal View development, a few steps from the beach, clubhouse, salt water pools, and golf course.

Siam Royal View offers free shuttle service around the property and to Klong Son Bay. Scooter rentals are available nearby. In Klong Song Bay you can take Songthaew(taxis) to White Sand beach or other locations in Koh Chang.

I do not charge for extra guest but our villa does not have spare beds. if needed the SRV development has a cot rental service. The SRV development charges a rental fee of 350THB per day, if customers take minimum one week price is 250THB per day. Either choice include linens and pillow.

We have a smart TV in the main living area but cable is very unstable and we can't gaurentee its operation, the TV is a smart TV and connected to the wifi and can be used to connect to netflix if you have ID, or youtube and other streaming sources.
There is an AVD/DVD/CD/USB player in the main living area if you have your own media
