The villa is securely located on a hill, only 300m from the beautiful Pra Ae beach and has a stunning sea view with sunset. The location on the west coast in the middle of the island is ideal as you can quickly reach Saladan Town, OldTown as well as the National Park in the south.
It offers modern style on 2 levels with 2 separate flats, large infinity pool, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with king size beds, 4 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, SmartTV and high-speed internet.
Both flats are designed in the same way overlooking the open space and offer stunning sea and sunset views. 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms, fully equipped with king size beds, wardrobes and drawers. There are two bedrooms in the lower flat and two bedrooms in the upper flat.
Both flats have a master bedroom at the front with king size bed, sunset sea view and en-suite bathroom.
The master bedroom of the lower flat has access to the pool, the master bedroom of the upper flat has access to the spacious terrace.
The other 2 bedrooms are located at the back of the villa, one in the lower and upper flat. Both offer garden views.
Two guest WC / showers are separate and accessible from the living room.
All bathrooms have hand and rain showers, a modern sink and tastefully tiled toilets. The master bedroom of the upper flat has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub with a large window overlooking the sea and garden!
Both flats are air-conditioned and have a fully furnished open plan living room with sofa, stereo and large flat screen smart TV. The dining areas are equipped with dining table, 4 chairs and all necessary crockery and cookware.
Two modern, fully-equipped American kitchens in both flats are located against one wall and include a large fridge with ice cube maker, an oven, gas hob, kettle, blender, toaster and an Italian espresso coffee machine in each.
The villa is completely enclosed with floor-to-ceiling sliding windows and doors, offering spectacular views from inside the complex.
Each flat also has its own washing machine.
Both flats are 94sqm with the same interior design. The only difference is that the top floor has a huge 60sqm private terrace that runs the length of the villa. It is a quiet retreat and a great place to enjoy the afternoon sun and take in the stunning views and sunsets.
The lower level has direct access to the 80 m2 terrace and pool area. The pool is an infinity pool that blends into the sea and is simply stunning.
Outdoor shower, sun loungers, solid wood gazebo and outdoor sound system. Lush tropical plants surround the entire area and offer privacy. It also has a 37 m2 garden with lush vegetation.
The entire villa with pool is rented out on its own plot. The villa offers modern style and design on two levels with two separate flats. The two flats have their own entrance and are also completely independent.
Both flats are designed in the same way overlooking the open space and offer stunning sea and sunset views. They are connected by an outside staircase.
Ideal for two families, friends or digital normads allowing them to stay together in a private villa but have their own independence and living space if required.
Scooters and cars can be parked on the property immediately in front of the house.
