Villa Soul is a new, modern and comfortable villa located in the northern part of the island within the boundaries of the Chaloklum district. The villa is located on a picturesque hill, offering stunning views of the Gulf of Siam and Malibu beach. The villa is immersed in the jungle and is located near the waterfall. You are guaranteed absolute unity with nature, while all the necessary infrastructure is close by: fruit shops, grocery stores, currency exchange offices, excellent cafes with traditional Thai and European cuisines.
The villa is ideal for four people, but it is possible to accommodate up to five (for an additional fee). The Terrace Space includes an open area with a refreshing pool (6x3) and a shower. You can comfortably sit on sun loungers and hammocks; take advantage of the BBQ area while enjoying the sea views of Chaloklum Bay. A separate part of the Terrace is equipped with rattan furniture and is protected from rain by a roof and roll awnings.
In addition to the Terraces, the Villa includes:
- two spacious furnished bedrooms with king and queen size beds;
- two bathrooms with a washing machine and all the necessary toiletries;
-spacious kitchen-studio, equipped with all the necessary utensils, appliances and equipment: microwave, electric stove, oven, coffee machine, blender, toaster and plasma TV.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. For cars and mopeds there is a covered parking. For your safety, surveillance cameras are working around the perimeter of the villa, and there is also a safe for valuables. High-speed Internet via WiFi will always give you the opportunity to stay online.
A new concrete road was laid to the Villa.
The rent includes:
-1 Free cleaning service per week with the replacement of bed linen and towels;
-free transfer;
- delivery of drinking water.
