This new modern style pool villa has close to 210 square metres of living area. Named after our love of these native Thai flowers(Orchids), villa "Baan Kluay Mai" is a spacious yet cozy single level villa home ideally suited for couples, friends, families or empty nesters.

The villa is fully serviced/cleaned and full bedding and towel change takes place every third day.

The bedrooms are all ensuite,. Bathrooms are large and spacious with baths and both indoor and outdoor showers.

The living room is open plan, with a 55 inch flat screen "SMART" tv which as well as being internet linked(Netflix etc) has IP tv with over 300 channels in 5 languages. Interent link 50mbs down 20 up.
The villa is spacious, yet comfortable, overlooking the outdoor terrace and garden where you will find an 8.5 metre long salt water pool to enjoy.

The kitchen is modern,fully equipped including your own espresso machine. A fridge freezer stocked with eggs, milk, jams, bread, butter
Complimentary teas, ground and instant coffee and unlimited water are available. A large selection of fruit is made available and fresh oranges and lemons are supplied at arrival time for morning juicing.
