The terrace, which has a private pool, provides a perfect sun trap and a pleasant place for dining and relaxing. The adjacent English grass lawn has lovely sea views. It is also suitable for handicapped people, having a wide entrance gate and single level living throughout. The villa has a spacious, airy open plan living area with a fully equipped European kitchen and a guest bathroom. The floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors guarantee plenty of light and seamless indoor/outdoor living. Two identical bedrooms have Queen size beds, full size floor to ceiling wardrobes with mirrored doors, and a bright bathroom with walk in rain shower.
