Baan Fan Noi is all about understated contemporary elegance. This 3+1-bedroom villa is beautifully designed and landscaped, set on a hillside away from the madding crowd but close enough to Chaweng to give you all the privacy and space you need, without skimping on the fun. Choose from any of the three upstairs en-suite bedrooms with breathtaking ocean-facing views, each featuring its own walled, outdoor bathroom complete with rain shower, two of which boast a free standing terrazzo bathtub for the ultimate in indulgence. The fourth en-suite room comes with a unique semi-circular bed and access directly onto the pool terrace. For all day relaxation, there's the airy living and dining spaces, but our favourite spot would have to be the villa's 15m pool, sunken Jacuzzi and the limestone terrace which offers the perfect al fresco location. The amazing lap pool and Jacuzzi overlooking Chaweng beach and to-die-for views from up the hill are perfect for jet-setting families or groups of friends who favor sleek and minimalist hideaway. >> HEALTH AND SAFETY OF GUESTS AND STAFF << To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and staff, we have adapted our procedures to follow WHO guidelines and global best practices: Cleanliness at the villa - Deep cleaning and sanitizing of villa prior to guest check in. - Daily cleaning of common areas as well as bedrooms and bathrooms. Your safety - Hand sanitizers are available in every villa. Face masks are available on request. - Staff will wear masks, regularly wash their hands and undergo daily temperature checks. Kitchen staff wear masks and gloves. Staff during cleaning will wear a mask, visor and gloves. - Daily temperature checking of staff and guests upon check in. - Any guests showing signs of fever, dry cough, sore throat, shortness of breath and muscle pain will be referred to the local hospital. Social distancing - Our staff observe social distancing rules and will wear gloves when serving F&B. - Although they might be physically distant, be rest assured that we will still deliver the same warm service with a smile! >> RATE INCLUSIONS << - Welcome drink - Complimentary WiFi >> CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING << Standard occupancy is 8 guests. Indoor dining area can sit up to 8 persons. Outdoor dining area can sit up to 6 persons. - Private chef (on request) is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes.
