There's also a private beach to explore, as well as the villa's own kayak and paddle board to conquer the seas. Fall in love with the villa's natural and tropical interior design -one of the highlights is its use of timber flooring, luminous natural light, and superb traditional artwork. All rooms boast sea views. One of the bedrooms can be used as a children's room, thanks to two twin beds. The sunset view from the hammocks is worth writing home about, whilst the outdoor cinema is perfect for balmy, island evenings. >> HEALTH AND SAFETY OF GUESTS AND STAFF << To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and staff, we have adapted our procedures to follow WHO guidelines and global best practices: Cleanliness at the villa - Deep cleaning and sanitizing of villa prior to guest check in. - To further ensure your safety in line with international cleanliness standards, prior to check in we will professionally disinfect hard surface areas with a spray gun to ensure all areas are duly covered. A non-toxic, medical grade spray so you can be assured of a safe and clean stay. - Daily cleaning of common areas as well as bedrooms and bathrooms. Your safety - Hand sanitizers are available in every villa. Face masks are available on request. - Staff will wear masks, regularly wash their hands and undergo daily temperature checks. Kitchen staff wear masks and gloves. Staff during cleaning will wear a mask, visor and gloves. - Daily temperature checking of staff and guests upon check in. - Any guests showing signs of fever, dry cough, sore throat, shortness of breath and muscle pain will be referred to the local hospital. Indoor dining area can sit up to 14 persons. Outdoor dining area can sit up to 12 persons. - Private Chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Minimum of 4 hours in advance booking is required) - In-villa spa treatment with extended menu >> VILLA STAFF << Villa manager, private chef, housekeeper, and handymen. The villa is staffed and villa manager is present to: - To cater to your needs - Ensure cleanliness - Help organize activities, massage, or spa treatments - Communicate with the Thai chef (if applicable) - Dealing with any matter arising at the villa Our Guest Relations & Concierge team will visit guests during their stay (usually the day after check in) to help ensure guests have a pleasant stay or address any issues. Other services include but not limited to: - Bed linen is changed every third day - Pool & Bath Towels are provided and changed as necessary. - Concierge service for all tours and activities; private tours can also be arranged >> EVENTS << - 20 (combination of seating and standing) when booked together with villa next door, Baan Hinyai. - Event fees: USD 1,200 + 7% tax - Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected. - Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected. - Security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required. - Pre and post event day events are allowed and can be arranged with a separate fee of USD 600 + 7% tax. - Music and event curfew are until 12 midnight only. - Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach. - Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event. - Sky Lanterns are also prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
