✔ Smoking is not permitted in the villa (bedrooms, living room, ...). Smoking is permitted on the exterior/balcony/patio of which there are ashtrays.
✔ Guests are required to show a passport with visa or entry stamp identification upon check-in. The main guest of the reservation must to be present at the check-in.
✔ Linen and Towels are provided at the Villa. We have adopted a “Save the Planet” eco-policy, so the towels are changed every three (3) days. Full cleaning including linen are changed every six (6) days. If more frequent changes are required, there may be extra charges.
✔ CCTV, Smile, you are on camera in the exterior enclosure of the villa. The legislation asks us to provide proof in the event of a problem ( accident, damage, event) The staff have No access and NO camera inside the villa.
✔ The Villa contains several precious contemporary and antique art pieces. This collection is part of the uniqueness of the villa. Guests must be aware of the unique nature of these works of art and antiques and be especially cautious to avoid any damage. Any damage to artworks and antiques during the rental period will be the responsibility of the Lessee and any damages incurred by the Lessor will be set off against the aforementioned security deposit and if these d
