Located in the heart of Lamai only 7 mins by walk to the famous Lamai beach and 5 minutes by walk to the local fresh food market and grocery stores. Monthly rates does not include electricity which goes for 4.5 Baht per unit. Wifi and water is free of charge. Bedsheets changed once a week. Cleaning
