The villa consists of two levels with;
• 4 double bedrooms.
• Bedrooms 1 to 3 have ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 4 has a bathroom just outside the bedroom door.
• Fully fitted open modern kitchen and living room
• Large glass terrace doors opening out onto a deep covered terrace
• A private 13m swimming pool with outside decking
• A beautifully natural environment with palm trees, rock pools and rich vegetation
A comprehensive range of concierge services is available including private chefs, car hire and tour bookings.
OTHER
• Laundry service is available for 50 Thai Baht per kilo.
• Cleaning is twice weekly including linen/towel change
.• Gas and Water usage is included in the nightly rate.
• Regarding Electricity. There is a 'fair usage policy' of 120 kw of usage per day. This allowance is adequate to cover normal 'night time' usage of air conditioning units in all bedrooms. Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out. If guests use more than this allowance they will be charged 6 baht per additional kw used, payable to the Villa Manager at check-out.
