Hi, my name is Alan, and I'm the owner of Villa Casa Bella. I moved to Thailand with my family several years ago, and have now settled here in beautiful Koh Samui. In 2020, we finished development of the villa, and prepared it with one specific goal: Give guests a premium-quality experience that's affordable.

LOCATION
Set in a quiet, peaceful area with a private infinity pool and beautiful mountain and partial sea views, the location is perfect for guests looking for seclusion and tranquillity, while still close to the action: Easy access to chic Fisherman's Village with its beach vibe, night market, and wide selection of international-standard bars, restaurants, beaches, and boutique shopping; minutes away from Koh Samui’s international Airport, as well as the island’s main shopping attractions; a 5-minute drive takes you to the piers for travel to neighbouring islands Koh Phangan and Koh Tao, and in just 10 minutes you’ll be in the tourist hub and nightlife centre of Chaweng.

YOUR LIVING SPACE
This immaculately furnished Koh Samui villa features dramatic floor to ceiling windows for a light and open-air atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen and lounge opens out onto a wide, expansive terrace featuring a generous outdoor covered seating area with ceiling fans for comfort, along with an open terrace and infinity swimming pool looking out over the hillside, sea, and surrounding neighborhood. The master bedroom has its own private terrace as well.

The villa has high-speed, 100+mb Wifi internet on all floors, making it ideally suited to mobile workers or people who need to work remotely while on holiday.

A full range of Movies, Documentaries and TV for families and children is available via Smart TV and Netflix, with Spotify also available for unending music options.

The private infinity pool has integrated seats for comfort, and the terrace area that integrates beautifully with the indoor space is perfectly set up equally for entertaining, or for a chilled, relaxing evening. Private parking is provided by an attached garage

The villa is air-conditioned throughout, with a fully-equipped kitchen to Western standards with all facilities: Large Double-door fridge-freezer with ice maker, Bosch brand oven/hob, and dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all other kitchen equipment needed for you to be able to cook at the villa as if you were at home.

All guest bedrooms feature king or queen beds with high-quality, Western-standard mattresses, with each bedroom featuring its own en-suite bathroom with rain shower, WC and wash basin. The primary beds sleep 6 comfortably, and a single roll-away bed is available upon request to accommodate one additional person or child. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are also in each bedroom to ensure quality sleep, and built-in wardrobes offer plenty of storage space.

Parking is available in the garage. Please note that the driveway is rather steep, and parking is also available on the street below the villa, if more convenient for you. Motorcycle parking is also available in a designated space outside the villa.

While Villa Casa Bella is centrally located, a car or motorbike/scooter is recommended to allow you to get the most out of the island, and will make your stay more comfortable when you want to get around in the heat. We're happy to help you find a reputable rental agency.
