Villa Malaa is a beautifully newly built Villa situated only a 5 minute walk away from the main road of Bangrak Beach. The Villa is located on a side street about 100 metres down a quiet street off the main road and close by the famously luxury "Lanna Resort" which is highly recommended to visit & use the amenities. The property has 3 comfortable modern double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms fitted with a rain shower. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning. Shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels are all included in your stay. Swimming pool maintenance is also included.
The living area comes fully equipped with a 70 inch flat screen smart TV, Netflix and Youtube are available. The Villa has high-speed 5G fiberoptic internet making it ideally suited to mobile workers or people who need to work remotely while on holiday.

The western style kitchen features a large fridge & freezer, 4 burner hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and full cooking and dining utensils. The kitchen and dining can easily cater for 6 people.
The outdoor area is completely private and provides comfortable seating outside and inside the pool with integrated seats for comfort – you won’t fail to enjoy the lovely peaceful setting that this property has to offer.
The entire property is furnished to the highest quality for maximum comfort throughout.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Guests are only allowed to smoke outside the main house.

Once check-in we are available at all times via phone or email. This is a private residence and will be your private home during your stay. We are on hand to offer tips regarding trips and activities during your stay, or any other inquiries you may have. We can organize car and scooter rentals on request, or any other services that may be of interest during your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: Electricity is charged at the standard government rate of 8 baht per unit.
Some guests use the air conditioning very little, while others enjoy having the air conditioning on much of the time. Please see the below for an estimate of the expected electricity cost, based on our past experience:
~Rarely use air conditioning; fans & lights only: approximately 75-100 THB per day.
~Mostly use only in the evenings and during the night in bedrooms 100-200 THB per day.
~Love the air con and use it regularly: 200+ THB per day
PLEASE NOTE: Check-in is 3pm to allow enough time for a thorough clean of the Villa. If you would like to drop your bags at the Villa after 11am please contact the Villa Hostess.
